For all offers, deliveries and services in our online shop the following conditions apply exclusively.

We have principally have no minimum order value. We also have no extra charge for small orders. You will find details under "Shipping and Handling"

All offers may be subject to change regarding price and delivery option and are alway without postage.

Retail prices already include the value added tax (separately).

Prices for traders, industry and institutions are net prices excluding value added tax. The activation of these areas in the online shop have to be registered for.

The interim sales remain our right, even with binding offers. Any special offers, are only priced for a short time and while supplies last.

We do not guarantee, For the accuracy and completeness of pictures, drawings and details of technical data, electrical values and price publications. For self-created data, data sheets, graphs, tables, pictures, drawings, pictures, web pages, products, we reserve the copyrights.

With the order a legally binding sales contract is created, which does not necessarily need to be confirmed in writing.

We have separate agreements and extended delivery and payment conditions with dealers, industry and institutions and existing business customers, which can be requested at any time through appropriate legitimacy.

The redemption of customer procured and / or manufactured goods and / or products is generally excluded.

Delivery times are generally non-binding. Written confirmed delivery times for assortment goods begin with work day following the the order intake, and are respected, if the goods to be supplied have been shipped at the confirmed date.

Therefore consider a transportation period from the date of delivery until arrival, that can take up to 3 business days within Germany.

Partial deliveries are permitted. Unpredictable delivery obstacles, no matter what kind and what origin, whether in our own operations and / or with the suppliers, entitle us to refrain from all or part of the contract.

If a deposit or prepayment was made, it will be reimbursed immediately and without interest.

Compensation claims against us, no matter what kind and what origin, are generally excluded.

The dispatch is made at our discretion and without liability for the cheapest transmission. If a shipment other than the offered is desired, the customer bears the extra costs as well as the transportation risk.

If the customer does not meet his obbligation to accept the delivery, he is liable for any resulting additional costs, transportation and storage risks.

All prices are generally non-binding and are ex factory in euros. Only the prices on the day of delivery, or prices, which we have confirmed in writing apply.

Shipping costs are not included in our prices, but will be charged separately.

End users pay the invoice amount specified in the order, in advance and without any deduction to our account.

The dispatch is made at short notice after receipt of the full contract amount.

Partial deliveries are permitted, as far as the the ordered merchandise is out of stock. Additional delivery, which we are encounting for is free of charge.

If a deficiency is identified, it has to be conveyed in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods.

After this period of 8 days, notification of defects can not be considered.

Rejected goods have to be sent back immidiately, properly packaged and with sufficient postage paid.

The statutory warranty claims will be accounted for at our discretion by repair or replacement. If the rectification should fail repeatedly, the customer has the right of depletion or conversion.

Inproperly ordered goods will generally not be recognized as deficiency and will therefore not be taken back.

Not accepted deficiencies will be returned at customers expenses.

Any further claims against us, no matter what kind and what origin, are explicitly excluded.

Return Policy

If you place your order as a consumer (ie as a natural person for a purpose that may not be attributed to a commercial or independent professional activity as defined in § 13 BGB) you may return received goods, without giving any reason within 14 days by returning the shipment. The time limit begins after receipt of this information in writing (eg as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the recurring supply of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only if the item is not ready for shipment (eg bulky goods) you can declare the return by asking for pickup by mail in text form. For the preservation of the period the timely return of goods or rquest of pickup is sufficient. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk.

Exceptions

Excluded by principle is the return of custom-made coaxial cables and all goods which have been designated by the meter and cut to desired length as well as partially used packs.

Return consequences

In the case of an effective request the merchandise and any benefits (eg customs advantages) have to be returned. In case of deterioration of the items compensation can be required. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due to their examination - as would have been in a shop -. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as your property and refraining from using the item in a way that the resulting deterioration could reduce its value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. For you the period begins with the dispatch of the goods or the request for pickup, for us on receipt.

Note on Returns

If you want to return something, please contact us before.

If possible, please send back the goods as a prepaid insured package. We will gladly pay you the cost of postage in advance, if we have to bear the expenses of the return. Do not damage and dirty the product. Send the product if possible in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components back to us. If you do not have the original packaging, please take care to prevent damage in transit with suitable packing.

The above arrangements are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the Return and revocation.

Revocation Policy

If you place your order as a consumer (ie as a natural person for a purpose that may not be attributed to a commercial or independent professional activity as defined in § 13 BGB) you may cancel the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days or if the goods are at your dispposal befor the end of that period, by simply returning the shipment.

The time limit begins after receipt of this information in writing (eg as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the recurring supply of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

Cancellation consequences

If you cannot fully or partially return the recieved goods in the same conditions as recieved, we will request compensation. However this is not the case, if the surrendered goods have only be impaired by the examination, as would have been possible in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as your property and refraining from using the item in a way that the resulting deterioration could reduce its value. Shippable goods are to be sent back on our own risk. You will have to bear the costs of shipping, if the goods are as ordered and with a value of under 40€, or if you -in case of a higher price- have not fully paid the full amount. In all other cases the return is free of charge. Not shippable goods will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. For you the period begins with the dispatch of the goods or the request for pickup, for us on receipt.

End of Revocation Policy

For all offers, contracts, deliveries and services place of fulfillment is our corporate headquarters. Should it unexpectedly come to legal disputes, the the district court in Mainz as agreed to apply for both parts. For all contracts German law is applied.

Under the Data Protection Act, we pointed out that data from business processes is stored in our IT and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless this is a legal request or an appropriate legal authority, subpoena, regulation or court decision. Should any clause be legally invalid, the rest will remain unaffected. The current version of our Terms and Conditions at the time of publication applies.
