Customers can choose between prepayment (3% discount) or payment through PayPal.

Public Institutions, schools, universities, as well as industry, retailers and craftsmen, who avail of a German VAT-ID-Nr. and hav a delivery address in germany may pay through invoice with 3% discount within a 14 day payment period and without deductions withing 30 days.

Businesses and institutions from outside of Germany, with which we are not in a current business relationship may only choose between by prepayment (3% discount) or through PayPal.

Up to a weight of 40 kg / packet we charge a flat-rate shipping of 5.95€. Orders with a higher weight will be divided into several packages.

We usually send parcels with GLS. For orders from German islands, we use post / DHL, so no island surcharge will be applied.

Goods with a single weight of 40kg or more can not be ordered through the shop, please contact us directly.

For small order quantities (up to 1kg), we can dispatch the goods by letter post. Therefore the goods must however, fit in an envelope of max 300x180x40mm. Please note that this letter is usually uninsured. If you would like an insurance policy, you can purchase it through the shop. (You can find the link to that product in the checkout process.

We offer you a discount of 3% on prepayment.

Once we have recieved your payment, we will process your order. Allow about 1-3 days for your money transfer.

Please note that we can hold your ordered goods for a maximum of 10 days from date of your order. At delayed payment, it may happen that we cancel your order and return your payment.

Orders that we receive through our online store are processed separately and are therefore dispatched faster. On Payment by Invoice or by Paypal, we will usually dispatch your order on the same workday, if the order is received before 3pm.

It is possible to ship your order by express or for delivery on a particular date. Please Refer to us directly.

We generlly dispatch our good worldwide. However, orders from outside the EU may not be possible through the shop. In this casem please send us an email, so that we can make you anoffer including the correct shipping costs.

Please note that this order may apply for customs fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs office on the applicable import regulations.
